Passenger/Cargo vessel was designed by SDARI, built by Hudong-Zhonghua
shipbuilding (Group) Co.,Ltd. and delivered to MAURITIUS NATIONAL
SHIPPING COMPANY in 2000.
Features
1.The
multipurpose passenger and car go vessel has twin diesel engines
and single high-skewed controllable-pitch propeller andis designed
for unrestricted navigation service.
2.The
vessel has both bulbous bow and bulbous stern, and its machinery
space & accommodations located aft.
3.The
vessel is equipped with two 30t/21m electrohydraulic cargo cranes,
one controllable-pitch bow thruster, one Becker rudder, and is
capable of carrying passengers, containers, general cargo, bulk
cargo and dangerous goods.
4.The
vessel has good seagoing recreation facilities, like swimming
pool, bar, lounge, reading room and gymnasium etc.
